HEALTHY PIZZA DOUGH
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut butter
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut flour
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea or table salt
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.
Cover a baking dish with a baking or parchment paper.
Melt the coconut butter in the microwave or on the stove.
Combine the eggs,coconut butter and honey in a bowl.
In other bowl,combine the coconut flour,baking soda and sea salt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with dry ingredients and make a dough.
Knead it with hands.
Spread the ready dough on the baking paper.
Put it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes,until it's golden brown.
After baking remove the dough from the oven and set aside to chill for a little bit.
