Greek Yogurt with Red Wine-Infused Dates, Toasted Walnuts & Honey
5 dried, pitted dates
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 packet Stevia sweetener
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon honey
Place the red wine and dates in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low until the dates are soft. Drain and set aside.
In the meantime, toast the walnuts in a dry saute pan. Set aside when done.
In a small bowl, thoroughly stir the Stevia packet into the Greek yogurt. Top with the dates and toasted walnuts, and drizzle the honey over top.
