Ham Cheese Rollups
1 package Black Forest Ham
12 slices Swiss Cheese
1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Dough
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Shallots Minced and heated in a pan
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish with butter or cooking spray. On a work surface, roll out the crescent dough and seal the perforations together by pinching with fingers.
Add a layer of ham, and then a layer of cheese on top of the dough. Then begin to roll from the long side of the dough.
Pinch the ends together and place the roll with the seam side down. Cut into 12 pieces.
Place the ham cheese rollups in a baking dish, allowing space inbetween.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, Herbs de Provence, mustard, shallots and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle the glaze over each roll up.
Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes (depending on how well done you like them) until dough is firm and browned. Enjoy!
These ham cheese rollups make a great party food. The classic ham and cheese pinwheel baked in crescent dough and topped with buttery mustard sauce.
