Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
Combine oats, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl.
With two knives, cut in butter until mixture is no longer a powder.
Spray 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray.
Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
Spread strawberry jelly and add the remaining mixture to the top.
Bake for an additional 25 minutes until golden.
I'm always looking for a healthy alternative to give my toddler a special treat. What I like about this recipe is that I know exactly what ingredients are in these bars. They are soft and chewy, perfect for little ones, kids and adults alike!
