Delicious Tuna and Cheese Fritters
3/4 cup (200g) canned tuna
1/2 cup (150g) cottage cheese
2 spoons of grated Gauda cheese or Parmesan
1 whole egg
5-6 spoons bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
less than 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Drain tuna from oil. Add egg and cottage cheese and mix them well. Add rest of ingredients and mix everything once more. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Shape little fritters (with wet hands) and put them in baking pan.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 400F (200C).
Tip: Use baking paper.
