Avocado Pear Salad
2 Anjou Pears, peeled, cored and chopped
1 medium Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
6 Green Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Glazed Walnuts (Emerald brand)
4 oz. Goat Cheese (Chavrie Plain)
cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
In a large salad bowl, layer the lettuce, pears, avocado, onions and walnuts.
Serve immediately, does not keep for leftovers!
