Creamy Artichoke Salad Dressing
16 oz. sour cream
6.5 oz. marinated artichoke hearts – plus the marinade
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of capers – plus a little marinade
Small handful of fresh dill
Juice of ½ lemon
3 slices of red onion
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve on your favorite salad greens.
Remember you control the ingredients add more or less of the ingredients to your taste. Also, you control the thickness of the dressing.
