NOTES : I hadn't realized how old this recipe is. I probably make it once a month or so. If I can't find ground chicken at the grocery store I usually make my own by pulsing some breasts and thighs in the food processor. I also usually use low-salt crackers and increase the mustard and horseradish to give it a little more bite.
