Gabriel Cross

I am a sustainability consultant and food enthusiast, currently living in Eugene, OR while my wife studies architecture at the U of O. I am inspired by "Good Food" with Evan Kleiman (who I had the good fortune to meet at Dwell on Design 2009) and avidly followed Jonathan Gold while I lived in LA. As I write this, my wife is starting seeds for our first victory garden, which we look forward to with anticipation. I eagerly await caprese made from sun warm tomatoes and garden fresh basil. I recently discovered that slugs are evil.
