A chef and avid photographer, has a clear vision when it comes to her images and her food/nutrition choices. Tess focuses on simple, sustainable and health supportive cooking and food preparation. Her long held belief that the fuel you provide your body directly impacts your body’s performance, health and appearance is the driving force behind her culinary approach. She favors simple recipes using ingredients that are as close to nature as possible. Tess is a graduate of the Chef’s Training program at Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. She hold a B.A. in Economics from New York University and has attended the International Center for Photography.
