We love foods that say, “Gotcha!” You think you’re eating one thing and lo and behold it turns out to be something completely different. You don’t have to be Ferran Adrià to create these “fooled you” dishes. All you need are two ingredients to create this fun “fried egg.” It’s an easy and healthy breakfast with a humorous twist!

1/3-1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 peach (we used canned peach halves in light syrup)
Spread yogurt into circle on plate, using the back of a spoon.
Place peach half, flat side down, in the center of the yogurt.
Repeat for each serving desired.
