Homemade Egg Rolls

One of our favorite parts of Chinese takeout is the eggroll. How about making your own version at home. It's really simple! 

Homemade Egg Roll

1 package of wrappers (found in the produce section of the market) There are 22 or so in a pack.

1/2 lb mild sausage, casing removed if needed. You want this browned and drained

Shredded cabbage. I use coleslaw mix for the extra color.

1/2 inch minced ginger. Use more if your family likes the flavor. We love it, but this is a mild place to start.
