Lady Gaga has just started the next leg of her Born This Way tour in Europe and is reportedly wanting to make sure her body is in the best shape possible. According to a source, Gaga has adopted a gluten free diet.
"Gaga has decided to go on a major body blitz and cut out all gluten and wheat from her diet, which is very hard to do," the source said. "She has given her people strict instructions to advise staff at venues and restaurants about her new diet because she is taking it very seriously."
In the hopes of losing 10 pounds in one month, the source added that Gaga "allows herself one potato or rice portion a week and has been snacking on Ginnybake cakes from Whole Foods shops -- they are gluten free cookies."
