Low-Fat Beef Chili

January 3, 2012

Enjoying your favorite comfort foods doesn't have to mean breaking your New Years resolution to get fit.  This low fat beef chili is a hearty meal that will satisfy the most persistent cravings.  You won't even have to give up your favorite toppings.  Opt for low-fat cheddar cheese and low-fat sour cream instead of full-fat and stick to the serving size.  Low-fat beef chili will help you stick to your weight loss goals.
