Just like Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried is on the 5-Factor diet. The actress did a lot of running in her latest movie In Time and to get in shape, she tried her hand at the diet made famous by celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak.
On the 5-Factor Diet, Seyfried eats 5 meals a day -- breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. Each meal should contain 5 factors -- a low-fat protein, one healthy carbohydrate, a fiber, a healthy fat, and a sugar-free drink. On Pasternak's diet, the actress was awarded with one cheat day a week in which she could eat whatever she wanted to.
