Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts

Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies with walnuts are the ultimate fall cookie.  People love homemade baked goods, especially during the fall and winter.  It brings a sense of warmth and connectedness that just doesn't come with the per-packedged stuff.  Baked these sweet pumpkin cookies for your loved ones.  I guarantee they will gobble them up with a smile.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts


1 teaspoon milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts
ONE: Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg.
TWO: In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Dissolve the baking soda with the milk, and stir in. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
THREE: Add vanilla, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Mix well.
FOUR: Shape and flatten dough on cookie sheet (covered with parchment paper) and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
