The JWoww Diet Secret is Moderation

On the latest season of Jersey Shore, Jenni "JWoww" Farley revealed a much slimmer and toned body, leaving many to question if she went under the knife. But the reality star insists that her new body came from a lifestyle of working out and eating in moderation.

“I’ll still eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it,” JWoww said.

On a typical day, JWoww will wake up with an egg-white omelet full of vegetables with a slice of wheat toast and coffee on the side. For lunch, the Jersey girl will eat a salad with grilled chicken, avocado, walnuts and blue cheese. Her dinners tend of consist of nine pieces of salmon or tuna sashimi, a spicy tuna roll and miso soup. In between meals for snacks, JWoww will have steamed broccoli with mozzarella or a vanilla protein shake with peanut butter and banana.

In addition to her new diet, JWoww keeps fit by hitting the gym with her body-building boyfriend who is also her personal trainer.
