Totally Delicious Fresh Tomato Soup

August 5, 2011

Sometimes there is nothing better than a bowl of homemade soup.  During this time of year, I love to make fresh tomato soup because the tomatoes are at their best.  The flavor of freshly made tomato soup does not compare to the canned version, the tomatoes are sweet, the basil is refreshing, and the broth is rich.  It's really that good.  There are thousands of tomato recipes out there, make sure you find time to make this one.   For full recipe instructions, click the link above the ingredients.
