Sparkling Holiday Punch
1 liter ginger ale
2 bottles prosecco or other good sparkling wine, chilled
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
1/2 cup mint leaves, washed
1 lime, juiced
Step 1: In a large punch bowl, combine the ginger ale and prosecco. Add the frozen cranberries and lime juice. Stir gently to combine ingredients.
Step 2: Before adding the mint leaves, twist them gently to help release their natural oil and flavor.
Step 3: Prepare punch right before serving.
