3 Ingredient Watermelon Smoothie

This three ingredient watermelon smoothie from Gestational Diabetes Diet is a healthy frozen dessert.  Fresh cubes of watermelon are blended with ice to create a refreshing summer drink.  For more flavor, you can add fresh mint or basil and a splash of lime juice.

Watermelon Smoothie


2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon sugar (You can add more or less to taste)
